First DENTAL Visit

Your initial dental visit will consist of a detailed oral examination to include:

  • Review of your medical history and medications
  • Radiographs (x-rays)
  • Oral cancer screening
  • Periodontal (gum) examination
  • Occlusal (bite) exam
  • Examination of the teeth

Dr. Pryzgoda or Dr. Bryan will review the findings and customize a treatment plan for your individual situation!

IMPORTANT: A parent or guardian must accompany all patients under 18 at the consultation visit.

Please bring the following, if appliable: 

  • Your referral slip and any X-rays if applicable.
  • A list of medications you are presently taking.
  • If you have dental insurance, bring the necessary completed forms. This will save time and allow us to help you process any claims.
